Ztringz Trampoline

You can create incredible and complex shapes with rainbow rope, if you follow one little step at a time.

This is true for everything in life, no matter how complicated something seems you can do it if you break the task down into smaller parts.

The ideas below will help you to take on amazing challenges that you never dreamed were possible.

“Somewhere over the rainbow, skies are blue
And the dreams that you dare to dream,
Really do come true.”
– Judy Garland, The Wizard of Oz

Daily Skills

School class shows off Ztringz creations

  • Do activities that give you little challenges everyday so that you can train your brain to practice new skills regularly. You could try Ztringz Original Rainbow Rope to see what shapes you can master. Check out the Ztringz Academy.
  • Work on things you already like doing, for example you could aim to do more keep ups at soccer practice or improve your art skills.
  • Start a new hobby, maybe something you've always wanted to try. If you aren't sure if it's right for you then you could start with an online tutorial and take it one step at a time.

Teaching Ztringz

Positive Connections

  • What we do and say is connected to how we think and feel. Tell yourself “I can do it” and remember that it's how we react to obstacles and challenges that helps us to grow as people.
  • Surround yourself with friends and family that also help and encourage you.
  • Encourage and support others with their own goals and aims and take on challenges together as a team.

Tangle Free
Ztringz reminds us that if you don't take time to learn the steps you will end up in a very real tangle but if you focus you can do amazing things! What amazing shapes could you make?.
