Shop Purchases Delivery
Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery
Shop Purchases Refund Policy
Refunds will only be accepted if the product is returned unopened and in its original condition – within seven (7) days of the purchase being made.
Subscription Delivery Details
Upon receipt of payment, your subscription(s) will start immediately with the next available issue unless otherwise requested by yourself in the comments section of the website.
It can take up to 8-12 weeks for delivery of your first magazine.
Subscription Refund Policy
If at any time you wish to cancel a subscription, your refund will be for the unused portion of that subscription. Please contact us at editor@upstartmag.co.nz or phone (04) 234 8234 and explain that you would like to cancel your subscription. We will calculate the amount due you and issue a refund.
All refunds will be mailed directly to you. You will receive our company cheque within 10 mail delivery days of the receipt of your returned item(s) or subscription cancellation request.
