  • 200gm dark choclate buttons or melts

  • 150 gm butter

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 3 eggs beaten

  • 3/4 cup flour

  • 1/4 cup cocoa

  • 3/4 cup walnuts (optional)

 

 

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave, then stir togther.

  2. Stir in brown sugar, vanilla and eggs.

  3. Next stir in sifted flour, cocoa and nuts (if using them).

  4. Place mixture in a 17cm x 17cm greased tin.

  5. Fan bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes.
