Guess what!?

Honey is not only a sweet treat it also has antiseptic properties and so it can help to soothe a sore throat.

No more colds!

One of the key ways you can prevent a cold is by washing your hands thoroughly before and after dealing with food. Most people just run their hands under a tap but to prevent germs from spreading you must wash your hands with soap and warm water on the fronts and backs of your hands as well as in between your fingers and under your nails.

Happy Making!
