Salty caramel and chocolate crackers

  • 100g plain Salada crackers 

  • 225gm butter

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar 

  • 200g chocolate


1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

2. Line a tray with baking paper.


3. Place the Salada crackers in the base of the tray without overlapping.

4. Melt butter and sugar, stirring until combined.

5. Remove the butter and sugar from the heat and pour it over the crackers immediately.

6. Cook it in the oven for 8-10 minutes.

7. Meanwhile, melt chocolate in a bowl over a simmering pot of water.

8. Remove crackers from the oven and pour the melted chocolate over the top. Spread
