When will I receive my April / May 2020 issue?

We know that now is the time that you most want to find an Upstart magazine in your letterbox. So, our team have worked hard to get the April/May 2020 issue of Upstart magazine on it’s way to you, as quickly as possible.

On April 30th, following NZ’s move to COVID-19 Alert Level 3, the April/May 2020 issue of Upstart magazine was officially sent out via NZ Post.

NZ Post takes 3 - 5 business days to deliver post, so your magazine should arrive by Friday May 8, 2020 (if not sooner).

If you subscribed after April 30th, we will get your issue in the post to you within 48 hours of your order.

Note: On April 3 all current subscribers were emailed a link to access the April/May issue of Upstart magazine online. This way kiwi kids were able to enter the competitions and read all the great content, even while in lockdown.

Can I enter magazine competitions online?

Absolutely! While NZ is at Alert Level 3, we recommend entering all competitions online, rather than via the post. This is because postal services are under pressure and this may result in delayed mail.

As long as we receive your entry on, or before, the listed closing date, you will still go into the draw to win.

Will you still send out prizes?

Yes!

While NZ is in Alert Level 3 or lower, we can send out prizes (yay!). While we know you’re excited to receive your prize, please be patient with us. Receiving and dispatching prizes is slower than normal under COVID-19 restrictions.

We will continue to draw and announce the winners of magazine and will get prizes on their way (either via tracked NZ Post or courier, where possible) ASAP.

Do you have any activities I can try out while my children are at home?

Absolutely! In fact, we added a new activity to our website every day that NZ is in lock down and will continue adding new activities as often as we can under Alert Level 3. Keep an eye on our activities page…
