Draw every day – practice makes perfect.
Look at artists you like – try to copy what they do.
Observe the world.
Just do it – don’t wait for permission to be artistic.

Draw, draw, draw! Get those awesome ideas down on paper.
Start an arty notebook to practise in and to keep your ideas safe. You could give yourself the challenge to draw in it every day, even if it’s just a scribble.
Appoint yourself as the family card creator for birthdays and special occasions.
Find pictures you like and look at how the illustrator has drawn them. Then draw your version of them.
