Here are some hints and tips on HOW TO DRAW FACES. Learn these skills and you’ll
be able to give your characters some personality.

I hope you have as much fun drawing as I do!

TRY COPYING THESE FOUR FACES AND THEN HAVE FUN MAKING YOUR OWN WEIRD AND WACKY CREATIONS!


START BY DRAWING ANY SHAPED HEAD - BEAN SHAPED, CIRCLE, SQUARE, OR EVEN A TRIANGLE!

DRAW THE EYES. THESE ADD HEAPS OF EXPRESSION TO YOUR FACE. THE ANGLE OF YOUR EYEBROWS MAKES THE EYES LOOK SAD, ANGRY, SURPRISED, OR HAPPY.

 

NOSES CAN BE ANY SHAPE AND SIZE. IT’S FUN TO THINK UP NEW ONES. HERE ARE FOUR SIMPLE ONES TO TRY.









ADD THE MOUTH. MOUTHS CAN HELP YOUR
CARTOON SPEAK WITHOUT ANY WORDS. TRY THESE FOUR OR MAKE ONE YOURSELF.
