Stepfamilies can be fun!

“My dad used to work all the time when he and Mum were together.

Even though it might not feel like it at the beginning, being a part of a stepfamily can be a positive and fun experience.


You might now be part of a bigger family.


That means you’ll have more people to support you through the tough times and help you celebrate the good times.

Plus there’s often more flexibility. Stepfamilies are usually pretty good at finding different ways to work and live together.

Make friends with your new step siblings and you’ll find that life can be heaps more fun.
