While playing, hold ‘shift’ and then select your Sims. Lots of options should come up on the ‘pie screen’; you can also drag up skill point and relationships.  4) When someone in your household is pregnant, type in ‘ForceTwins’ and if that doesn’t work try ‘ForceTwinz’.
